Due to the high processing temperature of PPA plastic pepper ball, the main defect of the product after injection molding is the shrinkage of the blank ball, and the surface of some blank balls will shrink into a small hole. The original drawing of shrinkage mainly has the following aspects.

During PPA injection molding, the temperature of the barrel of the injection molding machine is too high. After injection molding, the plastic will shrink after cooling, resulting in shrinkage. The higher the injection temperature, the more serious the shrinkage.
