POM plastic pepper ball refers to the plastic pepper ball with high diameter precision, good surface finish, high hardness and long service life. The precision diameter of POM plastic pepper ball affects the service life of plastic pepper ball and the sealing effect as a sealing ball. Here, the common problems and solutions in the fine grinding process of plastic pepper ball are briefly introduced.

The processing of POM plastic pepper ball mill is mainly divided into two processes. The first process is rough grinding, in which the precision of POM blank ball is ground from ±0.1mm to below 0.03, and then the plastic pepper ball after fine grinding is processed. The fine grinding process is the main process that affects the precision of plastic pepper ball. The number of grinding wheels used for fine grinding plastic pepper ball is required to be more than 200 meshes. Too thick grinding wheels cannot be used to process POM plastic pepper ball with high precision, so fine grinding is required.
